I did add taking millisecond timestamp at begin of JSCAD model generation.
And reporting time difference into browser log at end of JSCAD "main()".

Those durations are a much better basis for performance comparisons.
Since I will work with PARI/GP generated JSCAD models a lot,
my Pi5 will run overclocked with 3GHz from now on (I did run with 2.4GHz default until now).

Performance comparison in short:
- prefer jscad.app over openjscad.xyz
- prefer Pi5 over miniPC
- get >20% boost by overclocking Pi5 with 3GHz
