Presumably you're referencing https://www.arducam.com/product/arducam ... ra-module/
As a third party product, support should come from the vendor (ie Arducam). https://forum.arducam.com/ or https://www.arducam.com/contact-arducam/

As per viewtopic.php?t=362707, "vcgencmd get_camera" is only relevant for the legacy camera stack.

This camera relies on kernel drivers to work – one kernel version, one camera driver. Up or downgrading your OS leads to a kernel bump, and you may need to re-install a matching driver.

Then again those instructions appear to be out of date. I don't know if your rig got integrated into the Pivariety driver or not - that would be a question for Arducam.
